Welcome to Thálassa Blu Family Maisonette, a modern family-friendly holiday home in Nikiti, designed to offer comfort, style, and a relaxing seaside atmosphere. Located in the beautiful region of Sithonia, Chalkidiki, our home was created to provide families and friends with a spacious, well-equipped place to enjoy unforgettable beach holidays just a short walk from the sea.
Our vision
In June 2025, we visited Nikiti for the very first time together with our baby boy — and from the very first moment, we fell in love with the beauty, warmth, and peaceful atmosphere of Sithonia.
What started as a family holiday quickly became something much more special. Nikiti felt like home to us — a place where time slows down, where mornings begin with the sound of the sea, and where every sunset leaves a lasting memory.
Inspired by this feeling, we created our space with love and care, with the heartfelt vision of welcoming guests to a stylish and relaxing coastal retreat in beautiful Nikiti. Our goal is to combine the comfort and quality of a modern home with the authentic charm of a Mediterranean seaside holiday, just moments away from the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
We hope that during your stay, you will experience the same sense of peace, joy, and belonging that made us fall in love with this wonderful place.

About the Maisonette
Spread across two floors with a private entrance, the maisonette combines modern design with a relaxed Thálassa-inspired atmosphere. The bright living area features a 55-inch Smart TV, a large dining table for up to 8 guests, and direct access to a
spacious terrace ideal for outdoor dining or evening drinks.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes high-quality Bosch and Siemens appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen hob, refrigerator, and everything you need for cooking and dining.
The home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms:
• 3 bedrooms with large double beds (160 × 200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm)
Two of the double bedrooms feature private terraces with a sea view on the horizon and 43-inch Smart TVs. All bedrooms include air conditioning, roller blinds, mosquito nets, wardrobes, bedside lamps, and charging options.
There are two modern bathrooms (one on each floor) with glass shower cabins, sink units with mirrors, storage space, and hair dryers.
Additional amenities include:

Families with small children can use a baby cradle, high chair, and baby cutlery sets.
